Assalamualaikum w.b.t..entah mimpi apa hari ni tetiba rase nk menulis blog..hehe..mungkin sebab excited dapat buku resepi baru...apa yang lagi excited buku tu sume resepi pasta..wah!! teruja tak? haha

so,nila bukunye..memang perfect..resepi die sume simple-simple dan sangat mudah..
Jadi,hari ini,..saya nak kongsi satu resepi yang menarik dan mudah untuk dicuba.
Spaghetti with tuna and parsley
SERVES 6
500g of spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
200g canned tuna,drained
55g of anchovies
1 cup olive oil
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsely
2/3 cup yogurt
salt and pepper
Bring a large,heavy bottom pan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti,bring back to a boil,and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender but still firm to the bite. Drain the spaghetti and return to the pan.Add the butter and toss thoroughly to coat and keep warm until needed.
Flake the tuna into smaller pieces using 2 forks.Place the tuna into food processor or blender with the anchovies,oil,and parsely and processed until the sauce is smooth.Pour in the yogurt and process for a few seconds to blend.Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning,adding salt and pepper if nescessary.
Shake the pan of spaghetti over medium heat for a fewminutes or until it is thoroughly warm through.
Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and toss quikcly using 2 forks.
Serve immediately.
